Tabing Ilog The Musical, ABS-CBN’s first venture into musical theater via Teatro Kampamilya held its preview performance for friends, family and the media at the Dolphy Theater on March 5, 2020. Here is the preview cast taking their company bows.
The preview performance featured one of the three sets of cast for the entire run: Ian Pangilinan (Rovic), Kiara Takahashi (Eds), Batit Espiritu (Badong), Jem Macatuno (James), Vino Mabalot (Fonzy), Miah Canton (George), Teetin Villanueva (Corrine), Krystal Kane (Jerry), Franco Ramos (Ely), and Noel Comia (Sammy). Agot Isidro and Jojit Lorenzo played multiple adult roles.
The show is based on the 90’s TV Series Tabing Ilog with music from Vincent De Jesus and book by Jade Castro. It is directed by the award-winning Topper Fabregas with choreography by JM Cabling.
The musical will run from March 7 until April 26th at the Dolphy Theater at the ABS- CBN compound in Quezon City. Tickets are priced Php 1000, Php 1200, Php 1500 and Php 2500, and are available online in KTX. Contact 0977 836 0315 for tickets and inquiries.
