Due to popular demand, the Cruz Cousins – Sunshine Cruz, Geneva Cruz, Donna Cruz-Larrazabal, with the addition of Sheryl Cruz reunite for online collaboration of “Breathless”.
With the help of musicians in Los Angeles including, Mark Flores (Guitar/Video Editing/Vocal Mixing), Keisey Hicban (Bass), Krister Castro (Drums), and Joseph Cruz (Keys), these Cruz women continue to build each other up through this online reunion of sorts.
The Cruz cousins are in different parts of the world but music brings them much closer as a family. Incidentally, “Breathless” is a song by The Corrs, an Irish group composed of siblings. On June 14, Sunshine, Geneva, Donna, and Sheryl all posted their performance on their respective Instagram accounts.
Before this interpretation of The Corrs’ hit song, the Cruz cousins have been posting music covers of but this is the first time that the four of them are complete. About a week ago, Geneva Cruz posted on her Instagram a trio cover of Wilson Phillips’ “You’re In Love” with Donna and Sunshine. Weeks before that, Sunshine and Geneva did a WeSing duet of “Tell Him” originally performed by Celine Dion and Barbra Streisand.
