Pedro Pascal is riding a wave of momentum. Fresh from Star Wars Celebration 2025 in Tokyo, the actor spoke with Entertainment Tonight about his excitement for what’s ahead — and dropped a message for fellow superstar Ryan Gosling.

Pascal will return to the galaxy far, far away in The Mandalorian and Grogu, hitting theaters May 22, 2026. He’ll star alongside Sigourney Weaver in the highly anticipated film.

Dressed in taut black shorts, chunky leather boots from Acne Studios, and a striped silk trompe l’oeil shirt, Pascal shared his laid-back approach to staying in shape: “My workout routine? Just the basics. Just like get up. Do something. Stay busy. Eat right, get sleep, eat your Wheaties.”

Pascal beamed his excitemenr around Ryan Gosling starring in Star Wars: Starfighter which will be released theatrically May 28, 2027. He didn’t offer advice — but he’s ready if asked.

“I don’t know, Ryan. Just call me. We can talk about it. Whatever you wanna know, I’m here for you.”

Beyond Star Wars, Pascal is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He’ll play Reed Richards in Fantastic Four: First Steps, coming to theaters July 25, 2025. The film is directed by Matt Shakman and will reintroduce the superhero team in a stylized 1960s-inspired setting.

From Mandalorian armor to Marvel suits, Pedro Pascal is clearly keeping himself busy and his fans very happy.
