Makati City, Philippines, 12 March 2025 – Embark on a captivating sensory journey through the heart of Manila with “Dear Manila,” an engaging cocktail experience at Raffles Makati’s iconic Long Bar. In partnership with Destileria Limtuaco & Co., Inc., the Philippines’ oldest distillery, Long Bar presents six meticulously crafted cocktails that pay homage to the city’s vibrant history and distinct neighbourhoods.
From 7 March to 31 May 2025, guests are invited to savour the unique flavours and stories woven into each concoction, each representing a beloved Manila local. This immersive experience celebrates the city’s cultural tapestry, using premium sprits from Destileria Limtuaco & Co to create a truly unforgettable tasting adventure.
The “Dear Manila” journey commenced with a special launch event featuring guest bartenders Aaron Aw and Jimmy Munsayac from Destileria Limtuaco & Co., Inc. Witness the unveiling of this liquid love letter to Manila, as these experts showcase the inspiration and craftsmanship behind each cocktail.
