GROHE, the global leader in complete bathroom solutions and kitchen fittings, announced an exclusive creative partnership with renowned fashion designer Christian Siriano. Effectively merging the worlds of fashion and interior design, the buoyantly beautiful collaboration debuted at New York Fashion Week 2025, where Siriano unveiled five new couture dresses, each inspired by the fluidity and radiance of water and GROHE’s unique design philosophy and commitment to innovation.
Featuring clean lines, fluid forms and timeless elegance, each of the five dresses in Siriano’s collection are inspired by GROHE and GROHE SPA collections including Atrio, Allure, Essence, and others. Boundlessly inventive and teeming with thoughtful design details, these pieces are a perfect encapsulation of GROHE’s dedication to craftsmanship and precision. From the start of the project to the end, Siriano used the brand’s mission statement as his creative springboard: to allow consumers “to harness the transformative power of water”.

Siriano’s original sketches will be showcased exclusively on GROHE’s website and social media, offering audiences a unique glimpse into the designer’s creative process while providing keen insights into how the collection took shape and came to life.
“Water is endlessly inspiring, with its ever-changing tones and gorgeously fluid motion,” said Siriano. “I wanted these pieces to feel sculptural and stunning like GROHE’s faucets and fixtures, but also loose and free – much like water itself. Each dress had to feel solid yet transparent, illusionistic and constantly shifting. I was particularly inspired by the way water both refracts and reflects, creating thousands of color gradients in a single moment.”
The unique creative partnership between GROHE and Siriano underscores the intrinsic connection between fashion and home design: In both industries, artistry, functionality and luxury must blend seamlessly in order to create a one-of-a-kind elevated experience.
