Chef Glo Gabriel grew up in Manila, Philippines. After earning her Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Business Management and working for almost 20 years in the finance industry, she decided to pursue her ultimate passion for food and cooking and attended the internationally acclaimed culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts and graduated with High Honors. Since then she’s worked at several renowned restaurants in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Chef Glo is passionate about presenting information on the science behind food and cooking methodologies with the goal to make it more accessible and give her audience an inspired perspective and love for cooking.
